Coffeepaste is much more than a simple platform. It is a vital space for the arts and culture sector in Portugal, created to support and connect artists with opportunities and training. Since 2006, it has been a reference point, featuring a broad classifieds section where users can find castings, auditions, job opportunities, and training, alongside a wide range of content such as interviews, articles, and a cultural agenda. With a dedicated cultural news section, Coffeepaste positions itself as a true hub for sharing ideas and resources, essential to the dynamism and innovation of the artistic sector. In a society striving to be more informed and culturally engaged, Coffeepaste acts as a bridge for the exchange of information, enabling the cultural sector to evolve and thrive.
As the founder and CEO and Creative Director of Coffeepaste, my role is to ensure that the platform continues to grow, innovate, and provide a high-quality space for sharing and promotion within the performing arts sector. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding and leading a multifaceted team that works every day to create a more collaborative and productive environment for artists and cultural professionals in Portugal. My background in Computer Engineering and Cultural Management, together with my experience as an Artistic Advisor and juror on various awards and committees, has been instrumental in consolidating Coffeepaste as a trusted name in the cultural market.
What motivates me every day is seeing how Coffeepaste has positively impacted the careers of many artists and how our platform continues to serve as a meeting point and a driver of change for the cultural sector. My commitment is to keep developing this space, creating new ways to connect people, promote talent, and ensure that the arts in Portugal can flourish in a sustainable and innovative way.
