37signals keeps inovating. Some time ago they decided to make some Workplace Experiments, such as Shorter work weeks, Funding people’s passions, and Discretionary spending accounts. Now they share some conclusions on the 4-day work week they implemented, in a post called Urgency is poisonous. They are doing a lot more, with a lot less stress. Worth a read.
Even if you’re not a fan of Mr Jobs, you sure could use his advice on life. Here are a couple of quotes, before you go and watch the whole video: “Stay hungry, stay foolish” and, my favourite, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life”.
